How We Handle Your Deletion Request

In accordance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, you can request full account deletion even if you have uninstalled the app or do not have access to your device.

Data deleted permanently: Profile name, phone number, email, saved home/work locations, vehicle make/model/registration numbers, and push notification tokens.
Data retention exceptions: Completed transaction records and invoices are archived for the mandatory period strictly to comply with Indian tax, GST, and audit regulations.
Processing timeframe: Requests are verified and processed within 24 to 72 hours. All sessions and tokens will be permanently revoked.

Using the Mobile App? You can also delete your account instantly inside the VehicleDaddy app by navigating to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account.
